This Lux signature cake is a fan fave! The vanilla sponge cake provides the perfect canvas to the berry blend of raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries that are folded inside the middle layer of Italian buttercream. Then above and below the fresh fruit layer is two layers of scratch made local Marionberry filling. The cake is then lightly iced in the same buttercream and topped with an abundance of fresh fruit.

Our cakes are best served at room temperature. Please allow your cake to sit outside of the fridge for 2 to 3 hours before enjoying so the cake is soft and the buttercream is creamy.
