STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
Our version of everyone's summer fave, Strawberry Shortcake! We started with our light vanilla sponge cake and paired it with only the best flavors of fresh pastry cream, Oregon strawberry preserves, and our scratch made vanilla buttercream & fresh strawberries. The cake is decorated with buttercream and garnished with strawberry halves and cake crumbles.

Our cakes are best served at room temperature. Please allow your cake to sit outside of the fridge for 2 to 3 hours before enjoying so the cake is soft and the buttercream is creamy.
