Cancellation Policy
All pre-order sales are final. When you book with us, you're reserving a dedicated spot in our production schedule.
Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance will receive store credit.
Cancellations made with less than 10 days' notice will forfeit payment, as your order may already be in production or materials purchased.
This policy does not apply to wedding or event bookings, which require extended notice.

For weddings canceled 30 days or more in advance, a 50% store credit will be issued. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
